Cancelation Policy

Deposits are essential

A minimum deposit of 40% of total cost of appointment is required upon booking.

Cancellations & No Shows

To protect our small business and wonderful team, Cancellation fees will apply to all the late cancellation and no-shows.

We require minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to do so will result in a 40% charge of total cost of appointment.

Reactions & Faulty Items

We will happily return or exchange retail products you may have purchased have caused an allergic reaction to or that may be faulty.

These claims must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
